My car completely broke down on 94 and got towed to Detroit Tire early on a Friday morning — definitely not how I planned to start my day! But they got me right in, and Mike walked me through exactly what they were doing, and was upfront about pricing before starting any work. During the 4 hours I was there, Mike kept checking in and updating me on progress, which made the whole stressful situation so much easier. Ended up being a great experience out of a bad situation. Highly recommend!

They were wonderful from beginning to end! My car broke down while at conference in Detroit. Needed a new electrical wire and alternator on a 2012 Honda Pilot. It was Thursday afternoon right before 4th of July weekend and I needed to get back on road for Sunday to be able to get back home. The car had a diagnostic and parts ordered by 5pm on Thursday and the car was repaired and ready by Friday afternoon. There was great communication and service with a good price throughout the proces. Thank you all for everything! They turned a terrible situation of feeling stranded and stressed to feeling relieved and blessed. Excellent Job!

Well let see I went get a tire fix that morning they say I was good too go ,but the tire in up going flat on me when I get to work, just to inform you I had purchased a new tire that morning to go on went i get off work .because this was the third time they plugged the same tire so I decided to go head and replace it , because I was tried of the inconvenience of it keep going flat. But I was told they fixed the tire and it was good to go. So I was able to go work , but went I came out too my car to take it back to them. the tire was flat, so I end up having it towed to them,because I couldn't drive it. It would have damaged my rim, so when I got there they apologized but I was really upset, so they put my new tire on and they did say they will give me a free oil changes went my next time I need one and a free car wash, they are under new management and one thing I noticed that the place was clean and the bathroom was clean, my son and I purchased tires there in 2025 great price for 4 new tires, so we will be going back for other service they offer.

My experience here was amazing. I had some brake work done and a minor adjustment was needed. I called Joe told me to come on over and they immediately took care of me. I told them they ARE STUCK with me I will be bringing my Infiniti here as well. They just made a new customer out of me.
